about us
Southern Colorado Emergency Medicine Associates (SCEMA) is an independent, democratic group of Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians serving the southern Front Range of Colorado. Our mission is to strengthen the integrity of the physician-patient relationship through high-quality, compassionate care. We partner with the UCHealth Parkview Hospital System to provide care for the region’s more than 200,000 inhabitants. Our physicians live and work along Colorado’s Front Range, boasting its breath-taking peaks, iconic four seasons, and affordable living.
Where We work
We work in sunny Pueblo, Colorado Pueblo, Colorado where the blend of old steel, cowboy vibes, and outdoor fun have the charm that keeps folks coming back. As an enduring, blue-collar city of Colorado, Pueblo respects its working-class and military/veteran population. Its people are always appreciative of the informative and gentle care we provide. As a small industrial town we often see multi-generational patients and their family members over time, and they only become more grateful for our healing efforts.
Who We Are
We are a diverse group of dedicated physicians who love the community we serve. We maintain integral positions in hospital administration by serving on committees and holding various leadership roles at Parkview as well as in the community. As a team, SCEMA maintains strong relationships with hospital leadership and support staff in order to ensure our patients are well cared for.
