We offer a satisfying opportunity that competent Emergency Physicians deserve. As a pre-partner you’ll earn a competitive hourly wage. After a brief 2-year vetting period, you’ll earn the opportunity to join us a partner. As a partner, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your compassionate, high-quality care through profit-sharing and productivity-based compensation. Our physicians work an average of 13-14 shifts per month. These shifts range from 8-10 hours split between our two primary work sites. We also provide differential pay for night shifts, holidays, and call-in pay.

Additionally, SCEMA offers a generous benefit package including medical insurance, CME, and very robust retirement contributions. Ancillary benefits include malpractice insurance, reimbursement for licensing exams including travel, medical and DEA licensing fees, as well as relocation expenses.
